Have stayed in all the Hilton properties.
Creek - good for seeing that part of town, ok hotel.
Jumeriah Beach - once was enough, full of butch Russians and found the staff very surly. Small rooms.
Waldorf - pricey but luxurious and a relaxing stay. Miles away from town
Conrad - nice hotel but not for me being in the middle of town
