For those of you not familiar with the area, this video shows an A320 takeoff from Runway 12R heading easterly over the south end of the letter "D" encircling Nichupté lagoon with the hotel zone including all of the eastern margin as well as part of the Southern margin near the Club Med, and the northern margin (with its beach and the ferry terminals to Isla Mujeres.
The A320 turns on to a northerly heading traveling immediately east of and parallel to the bulk of the hotel zone on Bulevard Kukulcan, then turning again on a heading to MEX passing the north portion of the hotel zone, followed by the commercial center of Cancún.
