If you think about this, mathematically it isn't too big a deal.
A GGL with large family will typically nominate the spouse to the complimentary Gold card.
Each person can bring up to 2 persons to Flounge.
So GGL + 2 family + GCH + 2 family = 6 in Flounge.
So mathematically this isn't any different?
