Finding that hard to digest and believe. When I call, rooms are available for booking in the lowest room class available at the Nanea villas but I'm quoted a per night points rate that's significant at 40k points per night ... Whoa. That's beyond a category 7 hotel for a standard room. It seems SPG wants this to be a luxury property and then some. Interested in the group's take. If this is a category 6 property, how come we can't book a standard/basic level room at this property at the published standard points rate? Is it really a category 7 or higher property in disguise? Very confused.
Hello hopegrad
Free Night Awards at The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas, Ka'anapali require higher Starpoints redemption because the hotel does not have standard rooms. This is an all-villa property and the lowest room category for redemption starts from 40,000 Starpoints for a Deluxe 1 Bedroom villa. Starpoints required are also subjected to high and low season during your stay dates. You may see the terms under Free Night Awards
here.
