I think we do think about accidental death or injury... That's why we have life insurance and we have health insurance.
And I would add precisely that we worry about getting run over by a car, we don't normally risk it by crossing the road when traffic lights are green for cars. There are times we fail to control ourselves and let loose by recklessly jay-walking and even dare to cross a free-way. However, I normally see people are able to control themselves especially if... say you're with a girlfriend OR if you're pushing a baby strollers or holding your child
