Nothing is painless with the Hyatt BRG. I've had some rejections by the German desk of
Expedia.de because there's a mention of "sale." Who cares that the rate is lower on the competing site, how dare you compare an Expedia sale rate with a Hyatt non-sale rate?!
Despite the fact that the occasional claim may still sneak through, Hyatt has turned its BRG into a complete farce.
