NA & Europe are clearly lacking in lounges based on below:

North America:
- LM Chicago - Oakbrook

Europe:
- LM Etoile, Paris
- LM St. Julian's, Malta [leaving in late 2017 to rebrand to a Marriott]
- LM Piccadilly, London

...but that being said, quite a few LM properties in Asia feature lounges - Plaza Athénée Bangkok has one in addition to hotels in Dhaka, Bangalore, New Delhi, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Chiang Mai and Ho Chi Minh City. Other properties like LM Sentosa and LM Bangkok+Suvarnabhumi offer perks like complimentary drinks and snacks for Plats. Lounges are far more commonplace in Sheratons and Westins, but they're always welcome sights in other brands.

W, however, is NOT a lounge-y brand since they're conceived as a design-focused lifestyle brand that places more emphasis on hip-and-happening than outright business. The only Ws that offer 'lounges' in the sense we know are in Doha, Guangzhou and from what I heard, Beijing - so those alone are going above and beyond the call of duty for the brand.
