I flew BOM-EWR in Business this week and I was disappointed with the food. Thankfully, UA still uses the GVK Business lounge(which at 9PM is the GVK Premium Lounge) as they don't open the lower floor until the post midnight rush comes in. I had a good meal in the Lounge.

10 hours into the flight, I was hungry and had the grilled cheese which was not toasted well enough. Breakfast was sad, the croissant was rock solid. Even the sundae was disappointing. Coming from AA - I much prefer AA meals and sundaes.

On the positives - Mattress pad helps, blankets were good and loved the gel pillow(I think I was the only one who asked for it)
