EWR-PVG Flight 86

I'm seriously starting to miss the old United Food.

Our crew on this flight had no idea how to serve even the pre departure drinks. They only offered orange juice and champagne. When I asked for a cocktail they told me that was not offered on this flight. What?? Sure enough, I found another FA who made me the aforementioned cocktail. The service on this flight was totally inept. The lead flight attendant never came by to say hello to anyone, or goodbye. I guess she was too busy doing nothing.

Dinner options were pork chop, Chinese sautéed pork, chicken and fish. I ordered the sautéed pork.

The app of some kind of salmon was terrible. Salad was ok and served at the same time as the app.

My main came out and it was the pork chop- they ran out of the sautéed pork, so they decided I should have the pork chop. Seriously? Glad I'm a 1K. It really mattered- not.

They've changed the ice cream sundae back to a sundae instead of. Dixie cup again, except it's not Haggan Daz anymore, just some no name brand.

Mid flight they used to serve their noodle soup. Now, its grilled cheeses that must have been grilled three weeks ago and reheated in the microwave. If you like to eat rocks, this sandwich is for you. The tomato soup on the side actually wasn't bad.

I skipped breakfast as the first two meals were so bad. It's hard to believe someone at United doesn't taste the food before they serve it. Beyond horrible

One more thing: being your own movies- their new releases are like one a month- so if you've flown one long round trip, there's nothing else to watch.
