Yes! The Quick Book tool will allow meetings as short as one hour, but it will be at the half day rate. Just search and find a property showing availability for $200 or less, change the start and end times to an hour long, and the rate should drop. Keeping in mind taxes & fees will usually be added to the advertised rate.

Or you can submit a request for a quote and then negotiate with the property for a short meeting.
