I'd have a look around, have a late dinner, and head back to the airport around 01:30.
I also do this often - enough time to go out, have dinner, meet friends, go to a bar, then to return to the airport in time to visit the lounge!

Cancel the hotel idea though: use T3 arrivals luggage storage.
