I read the wiki and most of the posts and did a search on copay.
My question is when I call in to request a mile plus copay upgrade for someone else who is not on my ticket, the agent did not take my CC number but said "we" would get an email if there was an upgrade and would pay then. Is there anyway to make sure my CC is used and I am the one to get alerted now that our tickets have been split?
