FEBO was utilized for food order/selection but delivery was front to back. I was in 4D which was fine.
The choices were salmon & quinoa salad or chicken dish. I don't eat fish so the chicken was my only option. Alas it was grilled without a sauce so it was dry. Not too dry to be edible but it was meh. The vegetable was actually mostly a grain (quinoa too -- enough quinoa world!) with a few carrots sprinkled in; it had a light Asian flavor to it. The grain/veggie mix was pretty good.
The mini red velvet cake desert was outstanding and just perfectly sized. That's some real thick whole cream there. Yummy!
The Prosecco was good, but as usual too warm for bubbly.
