The food truck scene here consists of the traditional roach coaches that ply their trade at mealtimes while parked in front of the larger manufacturing plants. I didn't know they existed until a vehicle stopped me in front of the paper mill and asked if I'd seen one. The lady turned out to be a sales tax auditor!
We do have a permanent food truck (wheels removed) over by the beach that makes excellent fish tacos. BV Jr
#1 used to live in Huntsville. I don't know where the trucks were during the day, but at night there they tended to park by the breweries and do good business.
