I believe the aisle seats are slightly angled. Check out the armrests and you'll see they taper. The seats appear to be the Recaro CL6710, the same seats TAP selected for its A330neo. In this article from April, it mentions an unnamed customer for the CL6710 on the 787 that now seems to be El Al:
