Polaris is the name of the class of service so any seat within it is going to be a Polaris seat.
I'm starting to question critical thinking abilities: Here, from the mouth of UA, is what describes a new polaris seat:
"Seat features
Our new United Polaris cabins feature forward-facing, direct-aisle-access seats that recline flat, providing sleeping spaces that are up to 6 feet 6 inches (198.12 cm) long and up to 23 inches (58.42 cm) wide."

For the last time (hopefully), if you see 1-2-1 on a UA plane, you have polaris seats.
