Looks like you can buy from the US now. Just checked Eurowings.com and you can buy LAS-CGN. And to add on to that, looks like they're not trying to necessarily go after originating US customers either. The same CGN-LAS roundtrip that might go for between 500-750 Euros for a European originating passenger, retails for around $2,000 US Dollars roundtrip.
