ORD-ARN (23 hour layover)
ARN-PRG (STOP - Open Jaw)
FCO-BRU (STOP) (FCO also counts as a stop right?)
BRU-CPH
CPH-ORD

$311 in taxes for 2 tickets + booking fee of $67.80. I am planning to take a train from Prague to Vienna and then find a flight to Rome from there.
Why are you going back to Scandanavia after going down to Rome? Why aren't you flying to Rome from Vienna as part of your itinerary? And if you use your open jaw on your turnaround point, you lose the ability to have a second stopover. Just my 2c.

I recently booked a very expensive trip...nearly $1k per person, in J. It hurt me to pay so much, but there was no availability at the time I needed so I couldn't play around enough to dump the YQ.

YYZ-EWR
JFK-ICN (first time on A380)
ICN-SYD (I heard bad things about the seats on this flight)
SYD-AKL
AKL-HND (789 AZ pods!)
HND-PEK
PEK-YYZ
