Rather unhelpful as your other comments are in regard to OT posts however I'm going to call tomorrow anyway as I'm going to DXB and airspace will be closed to QR by time I depart. It would've been helpful if the rep had told me when to call back earlier on tbh.

This entire thing has obviously caught QR (and everyone else) by surprise but their lack of communication from them leaves a lot to be desired for a top airline.
