I've seen how the person I'm speaking to speaks to to others, as a supposed ambassador it's very poor. No personal attacks, just a general comment that I imagine the vast majority of flyers would agree with about any individual passenger keeping their window open. I find it odd anyone would do that when it obviously upsets the majority. But I guess thinking of others is so last century.
