Menu distributed after boarding.

Drinks 25 minutes after departure. No hot towels at this point.

Tray with starter 45 minutes after departure.

Main served 60 minutes after departure

Tray cleared and coffee 90 minutes after departure.




The crew was working nonstop! Eventually, a third cabin crew previously working in ET came to the front to help out.




I like the long catering, it is substantial. But the catering in general is repetitive. For example my OH's starter was the main on ZRH-LHR (tomato and mozarella). I overheard one passenger complain about the lack of variation.




One detail: The cutlery was missing a fork. It is supposed to have two forks and two knives, but we only had one fork. The cabin crew purser (there were 2 pursers on board working CE) joked 'they must now have first graders wrapping them up'.
