Regarding the weight limit: only with IC flights in C you have 32kg free with SK. Similarly also with LH: only C gives you 32kg free. Otherwise you should pay the heavy bag fee.

Not every check-in agent cares too much about these rules so you can get away sometimes.
Also worth noting that (to my understanding) there is an industry wide baggage limit of 32kg for any one piece. This is due to health and safety reasons (expecting baggage handlers to lift luggage that heavy). You'd be hard-pressed to find any airline that will accept a standard checked-bag at 34kg.
