On "long" band flights, is meal service meant to be delivered by hand, by trolley, or is it up to the crew? On my flight to AGP last week, they delivered it by trolley, which was efficient, but the meal was hand delivered for the return--which, while more "restaurant-like", took ages and seemed like lots of work for the flight attendant. CE was nine rows on both flight.
