Just returned on BA2695 FAO-LGW
fast track security which was a nice touch considering how busy the security queue was. lounge was ok, nothing flash but better than the scrum in the departure lounge.
Service on board was very efficient, at least 3 official bar runs and plenty of topping up when passing by. I like the new CE service routine. Food was good, very enjoyable flight.
