Sorry for being vague. I'm expecting each of the meetings to last about four hours. The city south of Florence is Arezzo. I've been figuring travel times based on google maps and train schedules on the web, but please let me know if I'm trying to do too much. I can certainly stay in Pisa the first night and Arezzo the second, but have been assuming that since I'll be so close to Florence (relatively speaking) I should use whatever extra time I have to see things and enjoy the food there. Bologna only enters the picture if I'm flying out of their airport - as I mentioned, I'm stuck with OW coming in/going out of either Pisa or Bologna.
