If you want to try Spanish/Japanese fusion, try the unfortunately named "Oribu Gastrobar". They have their own versions of Ramen.
My (Japanese) husband was working in Madrid not so long ago. He loves Spanish food but went to check out Kaguya.
Oribu is hands down 10 times better than the stuff at Wagamama. ^ Lunch set menu was around 10-12 euros. Great great deal.
What did he think of Kaguya?
