I asked a supervisor to look into my claim on saturday why they are quoting terms for 1st party Hotels, Hyatt etc, when I'm clearly not a hotel and not to be submitted to those terms on 3rd party site. Still no response so they put the lid on and ran away. Excellent customer service Hyatt.
