I'm a bit confused about your itinerary. Are you flying JFK-LHR-JFK? In Economy, Comfort+, or VS Premium Economy? If so, you and one companion will have free access to the VS Clubhouse before departure from JFK. When you arrive in LHR you will have access to the VS arrival lounge, Revivals, but cannot bring a companion. On you return from LHR you will not have access to the LHR Clubhouse but you and companion can use the No. 1 Lounge. No fees on any of this.

The above is not correct if you are traveling in Delta 1 or VS Upperclass, which give you access to the JFK Clubhouse, the LHR Revivals lounge upon arrival, and the LHR Clubhouse upon departure.
