Waze is indeed very useful with this city's hectic traffic.
Cómo Llego I downloaded ages ago and I find it good with public transport - better than Google Maps for sure. I just looked on my phone and there doesn't seem to be an English version of the app, or at least I'm unable to switch languages (mi teléfono habla español).
I tend to believe Cómo Llego only displays public transportation within the city limits (Ciudad Autónoma). EZE is in the province, so out of reach. I just ran a dummy with AEP as origin and my office as destination (downtown) and it worked fine.
