I understand they need those gates right away, but if I were DL i would have figured out how to fit the operation into T2 at first and done a full gut job of T3 from day one. It has major layout issues that I believe are unfixable without essentially full demolition of the gate area; I have no clue how they are going to turn it into an acceptable facility though piecemeal renovation if the rotunda layout remains.
