I lost PRI receipe for luggage claim
Hello

during my last flight, Airberlin has been able to lose my luggage during 5 days.

Now filing for compensation but I lost the Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.) issued at the airport.

I have the PIR number but not the paper.

My file is not accessible anymore on worldtracer.aero


Can someone help?
