As a side note The personal user/pass one receives is a random password, but username is prefix+PNR. I guess the prefix is randomized somehow, otherwise I don't know how they deal with multiple persons on the same PNR.
Ha I did not even notice this but you are right, there's a 1 letter prefix followed by the PNR.
