Have things gone wrong? Sure!

I've been delayed, deplaned, and stuck overnight.

I've had seatmates spill wine on me, fall asleep on me, and even have a full-blown panic attack.

My luggage has gone ahead without me, stayed behind an extra day or three, and even get run over (and over) by handlers at JFK (Thanks, Pan Am!)

On the plus side, I've never been IDBed, had a seat poacher, or dealt with permanently lost luggage. And I've been lucky enough to be made whole (usually sooner, occasionally later) for negative events with a $$$ component.

But unfair? Naw, sometimes stuff just happens.
What's not to love about your perspective?

Awesome. ^
