An update on a BRG claim that I have recently submitted...

Booking the room on the competing website will require payment to be charged to the credit card immediately, but can be cancelled for free.

The rate on hyatt.com can also be cancelled without penalties, but payment is taken only upon check-out at the hotel.

The claim was rejected. What kind of logic is that?
