Executive Bonus on business class tickets?
If I book a business class fare that earns 200%, do I get the Gold Executive Bonus as 50% of 200% or 50% of 100%?
Say the flight was 1000 miles BIS, would I get 2000 miles + 500 or 2000 + 1000?
