Echoing others, easily CX F.
The CX J lounge mightily impressed me too. After breakfasting in F and not wanting to look like a greedy guts by having a bite for lunch once the menus switched over, I sauntered to J and found a curry with huge hunks of chicken in it- many over a third of a breast you would get in a supermarket packet. So much tastier and fulfilling than BA's cheapo carb and slop fest.
The F lounge burger wipes the floor with the BA one.
T3 departures have been a pleasure this year.
