Brazilian and EU law can be somewhat strict.
AZUL is very reputable and established airline. Its CEO is David Neelman is the founder of US Jetblue and bought TAP last year.

Fares are avaible from a número of airports in Spain and Italy.

One way is half the fare.

VCP is a very good airport with at least 70 intra-Brazil destinatiins served by AZUL. AZUL provides VCP-São Paolo city free executive bus transportation to a number of locations.
