iPhone app has always been like that - the list appears and disappears without any apparent reason. Refresh and it may appear or disappear.

US Airways' mobile site showed the upgrade list to anyone 24 hours before a flight. AA seems to just show it only to people on the list, 4 hours before the flight. Hopefully I'm missing something, as knowing how long the upgrade list is sometimes helpful even if I'm not yet on the list (or on the flight).

AA app does not show standby if you are not on the list. Don't know if the list shows if you are on the list (I rarely fly standby).
