i stayed once at 704 and 404 each. 704 is nice enough, which I believe would be similar to other x04 rooms. but 404 is special with the aforementioned huge deck looking towards Manhattan. I'm sure it will be great in the summer. Interior wise it's better than 704 too, with excellent water pressure to boot.
