Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked King Junior Suite, received Executive Suite. (1 Category Upgrade) Got a welcome letter where it said that RA's get only a one category upgrade - after I told them that a double upgrade is actually guaranteed, they just told me to come back in case I don't like the suite.
How are the rooms?
Quite old, though well maintained. Bathroom quite dirty - several long black hairs on the floor.
How is the exec. lounge?
No lounge available.
Did you receive a welcome gift?
Mineral water and fruit.
How was the minibar?
Nothing special, a few soft drinks and the usual small spirits.
What was good and what was bad?
Poor RA recognition, location not really good as well. Ordered room service once, extremely poor quality.
