Hello! I received this promotion too and flew in business last week.
I received my regular miles, but not the bonus miles yet. I went to Miles&Smiles counter in Ataturk to get and idea of the delay, and the worker was clueless. She was repeating: Customize promotion! I said I received it and showed her the email. She said she could not help me and suggest me to call the office.
I'll do it back home, and wrote via twitter in the meantime. He will keep you posted when I'll have good news!
