I would disagree with that - when we stayed there a couple of months ago, our taxi driver from the airport had no idea where he was going.
Fortunately I had copied the post by CO-PLAT (post 572) on this page, in the other thread about this hotel -

As soon as I showed the driver the address written down he knew where he was going.
