TXL is quite easy and 1h30 will be plenty of time. If both your flights are AB and you are lucky, then you may well land and depart from Terminal C, which would keep you in the same terminal.
The only other TATL coming to TXL is UA from EWR, which usually lands at A or D, however the walk to Terminal C from there is not really very far.
