Nope.

Best any regular future traveler can do right now is buy Euros at home and then change to CUC in Cuba. That gets you 92 CUC per dollar.
Some casa owners may exchange (or find a friend to exchange) dollars directly for 90 to 96 CUC.
But it's nice to have some CUC to pay for the airport taxi and avoid the long lines at the cadeca (exchange shop/window) at the airport, so this is a good deal for anyone traveling soon. (If I knew when I was going back, I'd take 'em.)
