Never happened to me at WM, but it happened several times at K. In my experience, if the money doesn't come back on in five minutes, it doesn't come back on.
thanks everyone for the feedback. money never came back on the card, and I kept calling the WM manager every day and finally they gave me the MOs manually. I could have filed an issue with Simon but it would have took long time to resolve it.
Glad it got resolved it without major heartburn.
