Called this morning was offered 30K points or $300 statement credit to keep account open. Took the points. I simply mentioned that I was reconsidering whether I wanted to keep the card open, that I tend to use CSP for purchases, and that the card had been declined twice in the past month. Rep was very friendly, I let her tell me about the benefits of the card, and didn't push for a retention offer. I didn't push for more points.
