OK, fair enough. But how do you want it addressing? It's always a good idea to let a company know exactly what action you were seeking. If you'd like a refund for your mum's room: tell them. If you'll be happy with an assurance that the hotel is addressing the issue and working towards ensuring that it does not happen again, then tell them that.
Bt digging up the food, the parking and the aircon again isn't going to help. They've addressed those issues. Time to move on.
By the way, I note that hotels are increasingly overriding the aircon settings, particularly at night. Drives me nuts.
