SPG fee posted. Chatted rep to cancel. He gave me a number to call to see if they could keep me as a customer. Called number and told the guy I was calling because the chat rep said that there might be some offers to keep me as a customer. He simply stated "I see the fee just posted I'll be happy to close your account for you." Closed the account.
