I don't believe that's possible as I was able to withdraw $200 via ATM/debit card two weeks ago, prior to this unexpected acct freeze. I did so with the intent of avoiding a reversal (in order to secure the cc points) as I had planned on closing the accounts and requesting a check or ACH transfer for the remaining balance.
