Minor issue but annoying nonetheless. Flew JAN>ATL on a CRJ200 a few weeks ago on IROPS and had been originally on a B717 but missed connection. Got to gate, and GA said she gave me 1A with nobody in 1B so I could spread out. I was the last to board. After door shut, one of the two gentlemen traveling in 2C&D moved into 1C since they were both big guys and I am not so thus they would both have more room. Win/win for them but not for me. And of course I then had an elbow in my rib for the next 75 minutes. This picture does not adequately convey but his elbow was way over the armrest and into my seating area and lower ribs/belly the whole flight
